After nearly five weeks of voting, the readers of Strange Carolinas have named JD's Smokehouse North Carolina's Best BBQ. Lexington Barbecue came in second place and Little Richard's Barbecue came in third place.
For two weeks, readers of Strange Carolinas were invited to nominate their favorite North Carolina BBQ joints. From March 2nd to March 20th, readers were invited to vote for their favorite restaurants from the ten entries that received the most votes during the nomination period.
