Goldsboro Street White's Tire Muffler Man (Wilson, NC)

I'm not exactly sure why, but I feel this is North Carolina's creepiest Muffler Man. He's just standing on top of the White's Tire building, staring at you, judging you for riding around on tires with wire threads poking through, ready to ring your neck with his tire if you get out of line.



Or maybe I've just watched too many horror movies.
