We don't know anything about this place. In fact, we stumbled upon it by accident. Some of the whirligigs appeared to be in better shapes than others, leading us to believe they were created over a period of time. Also, it looked like there was a workshop on the property behind the house. Unfortunately, no one was home at the time to speak with us.
