There used to be a place that made custom race cars at this location, but now it appears to be the home of some welding company, at least by the looks of The Welder that hangs above the entrance.
Truthfully, this looks like some futuristic deranged creature you'd see in a Disney movie, maybe the forgotten brother of WALL-E.
