On March 21st, Lydia performed at the Cat's Cradle opening for Moose Blood. After a short but funny set by McCafferty, Lydia took the stage to an eager crowd that truthfully seemed to consist of more Lydia fans than those for headliner Moose Blood.

Fronted by singer/guitarist Leighton Antelman, Lydia delivered a short, but powerful set. Their low-key hybrid brand of pop and emo had the crowd swaying and hanging onto every note.

While his voice lends comparisons to fun's Nate Ruess, Antelman has a charismatic stage presence with a style all his own.

The highlight of the show was "Goodside," the first single off their upcoming album Liquor, segueing into a stripped-down but very cool cover of OutKast's "Ms. Jackson."

Lydia still has a month's worth of dates on this tour, so check them out if you can!
