To increase adoptions of teens in foster care, AdoptUSKids teamed up with the Ad Council for the "What To Expect When You're Expecting... A Teenager" campaign, which was a wink to the extremely popular What To Expect When You're Expecting book. You've probably seen billboards around your area. Anyway, in Winston-Salem, someone(s) climbed the billboard and with a little spraypaint, gave the "What To Expect" campaign an entire new meaning.
