If you drive down a gravel road in Marshall, you'll come to a white phone booth. It's not a working phone booth, at least in the sense of regular phone booths. The black phone in this phone booth allows you to communicate with the deceased.

Here's what a paper hanging above the phone tells about the booth:
"This is a place for you to make calls to your deceased loved ones so that your words can go into the wind to reach them.

The wind phone is a replica of Itaru Sasaki's location in Otsuchi, Japan. It was featured on a radio show which moved us to create this quiet place, hoping that it gives you comfort."
