On Sunday, July 24th, 2022, Rob Zombie bought his Freaks On Parade tour to a nearly sold-out PNC Music Pavilion. After a delay for a thunderstorm and blistering opening sets from Powerman 5000, Static-X, and Mudvayne, the lights went off and Dr. Hook's "Cover Of The Rolling Stone" blasted through the speakers.

Following "Rolling Stone," Zombie's "Expanding the Head of Zed" played, Zombie appeared atop a giant skull, and the crowd lost its collective mind. Zombie put his foot on the accelerator and never let off.

Zombie came down from the skull and spent the show bouncing from three risers that also showed messages and lights. Joining him were bassist Piggy D. and the killer guitarist John 5.

Along the way, Zombie treated the crwod to favorites like "Living Dead Girl," and "Dragula;" covers of White Zombie classics "Thunder Kiss '65" and "More Human Than Human;" and even showed the trailer for his upcoming film The Munsters.

If the Freaks on Parade tour sets its circus tent up in your town this summer, make sure you buy a ticket.
