The Struts' Remember The Name Tour has been chugging across the US, playing to ecstatic crowds since mid June. On Friday night, it was Charlotte's turn as The Struts brought their glam caravan to the Fillmore.

The Struts have been at it for over a decade. They woke up an unsuspecting world with their "Could Have Been Me" single and haven't looked back since, dueting with Albert Hammond Jr., Ke$ha, Paris Jackson, Robbie Williams, and Def Leppard's Phil Collen and Joe Elliott along the way. From the beginning, American fans have been rabid for The Struts' live show.

And Charlotte fans were no exception. But how could they not be, with a singer as charasmatic as Luke Spiller and songs as catchy as "Could Have Been Me," "Kiss This," "Body Talks," and their most recent single, "Too Good at Raising Hell." The Struts commanded the stage at the Fillmore, leaving everyone sweaty, breathless, and begging for more.

The US leg of the tour ends on July 23rd at The Atlantis in Washington, DC. You've got two weeks to catch them before they return to England. Catch them if you can.

Strange Carolinas started as a hobby for Chris Hocker who often dragged his family to offbeat detours on family vacations. Hocker decided to start photographing and writing about these roadside attractions and in June 2014, launched Strange Carolinas with a story on Myrtle Beach's KISS Coffeehouse. In addition to chronicling over 400 attractions across the Carolinas, Strange Carolinas has also become an impressive music blog.
