In September, Good Charlotte released their seventh studio album, Generation Rx. On Friday night, Good Charlotte brought a few of their new tunes and a slew of their hits to the Ritz in Raleigh for one hell of a show!

The Ritz was packed and the crowd was ready for Good Charlotte. As each of the three opening bands played, you could feel the anticipation growing. Finally, as the lights went down after Sleeping With Sirens's excellent set and Dean Butterworth took his seat behind the drums, the crowd went insane as the band launched into "Girls & Boys."

The guys sounded as good as ever and the production was amazing. The light show was stadium-level impressive as the band played in front of a giant backdrop of their skulls from the Generation Rx album cover. The set was peppered with fan favorites like the aforementioned "Girls & Boys," "The Anthem," "I Just Wanna Live," "Little Things," and "Lifestyles Of The Rich & The Famous," which sounded just a tad different than it did on The Late Late Show With James Corden.

The band closed their amazing set with "The River," leaving the crowd totally spent yet still wanting more. There are only a handful of dates remaining on the tour. Snag a ticket and check them out!
